BUDAPEST AND ITS MARVELOUS SURROUNDINGS

This tour is a suggestion. We will change it according to your preferences.

Day 1 ARRIVAL IN BUDAPEST

Arrival in Budapest. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 BUDAPEST

Breakfast at the hotel. The entire day will be dedicated to the visit of the city of Budapest: the Heroes’ Square, the Vajdahunyad Castle, the oldest subway of the continent – and – in the area of Pest: the Theatre of the Opera, the avenue Andrassy (UNESCO heritage), the area of the prose theater, the St. Steven’s Basilica. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon the guided tour continues with the part of Buda, where you can admire the medieval quarter, the Royal Palace (exterior), the citadel district, the Matthias Church and the Fishermen’s Bastion. Typical dinner in Budapest with folklore – guided tour by night to discover Budapest with its bars and clubs “Rovina” and more – overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 SZENTENDRE - VISEGRAD - ESZTERGOM - BUDAPEST

Breakfast at the hotel. The surroundings of Budapest hide small architectural treasures. Following the course of the Danube from the Hungarian capital to the north you reach the scenic bend of the river that once was the Roman Limes. Szentendre, one of the most touristic centers, Visegrad, ancient medieval citadel, Esztergom, ancient Hungarian capital. Lunch in a typical restaurant of the area. Return to Budapest in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. After dinner you can take a boat trip on the Danube.

Day 4 DEPARTURE

Breakfast and check out. Departure.
